Our 2-3 hour complaint handling course looks at the different ways complaints can best be handled in order to ensure that a desirable outcome is reached quickest and within the workplace polices and procedures. The course covers the basics of complaint handling as well as how and why customer complain and the impact complaints may have on the business.

*Individual/Open Course £29 per delegate

* All group/On-Site courses located to outside the M25 will come with an additional travel charge @ £0.35per mile. 
* All group/On-Site courses located more then 100 miles outside the M25 and require overnight stay will come with an additional hotel charge @ £50 per night.
