Our 2-3 hour Managing Stress in the workplace course looks at the different ways we can identify the sign and symptom of work related stress, its effects on the business and how to deal with it should it become an issue. 
Course Aims: 
To provide the delegates with the knowledge, skill and confidence to recognise and appropriately deal with stress in the workplace. 
Subjects covered:  
To identify what stress is and what causes stress in the workplace 
To give an awareness of what stress can do to you and your body 
How stress can effect the business 
To identify various stress reducing techniques

*Group/On-Site Booking: £290‒(Maximum of 12 delegates) or 
*Individual/Open Course £29 per delegate 
* All costs include course materials, handbook and certification. There are no hidden costs. 
* All group/On-Site courses located to outside the M25 will come with an additional travel charge @ £0.35per mile. 
* All group/On-Site courses located more then 100 miles outside the M25 and require overnight stay will come with an additional hotel charge @ £50 per night.
